20,000 € donations for the 20th LINDIG Benefiz GolfCups on 25.08.2018

The donation readiness for the 20th anniversary of the LINDIG Benefiz GolfCup was limitless. So after a sporty 18-hole round, the donation pot with a sum of 20,000 € could be handed over to the children's hospice in Tambach-Dietharz. Despite unstable weather, the first players were able to tee off their balls at 10 o'clock sharp on the Wartburg golf course of the Golf Club Eisenach. 114 golfers, including 81 members of the Eisenach Golf Club, met for a good cause to hit balls for the Kinderhospiz Mitteldeutschland in Tambach-Dietharz at an 18-hole round. Lindig Fördertechnik has been organizing a golf tournament for its customers, partners and suppliers for 20 years now. The start fees due for the tournament participants will be paid by the organizer. In return, Lindig asks for a donation to the children's hospice. The number 20 played a special role this year, because on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of this event, the donation pot was filled to the brim with a considerable sum of € 20,000. The tournament participants donated about 8,000 € and the company Lindig rounded up to full 10,000 €. With the help of our generous commitment platzdasch netConsult GmbH & Co. KG was able to double this sum to € 20,000. Stefan Masch from the children's hospice is delighted with the amount and already knows the intended purpose: "The money goes directly into the construction of the urgently needed parents' apartments including therapy and social rooms. So the start of construction can take place this year, because there are currently no state subsidies for the project. " After more than ten years, we donated over € 80,000. The children's hospice in Tambach-Dietharz has been our heartfelt affair for many years. More than 40,000 children and adolescents in Germany suffer from life-shortening disease. The association accompanies and supports the families on their difficult path and offers short breaks for the families concerned in otherwise stressful everyday life.
